We have recently become a Recognized Emissions Repair Facility of Texas. But what does this mean for our customers?
BELOW INFORMATION FROM THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY:
Did your vehicle fail an emissions test?
You may qualify for up to $600 in repair assistance from the AirCheck Texas Drive a Clean Machine Program. For more information, call [toll-free] 800-913-3321.
To be eligible for repair assistance:
- Your vehicle must be registered in one of these participating counties:
Austin Program Area: Travis, Williamson
Dallas-Fort Worth Program Area: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant
Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Program Area: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Montgomery
- You must meet these 2010 net* income requirements: [These income amounts change annually in February.]

*As determined by using the Adjusted Gross Income [AGI] on the most recent Federal Income Tax form.
- Your vehicle must also meet these conditions:
Failed an emission test within 30 days of submitting your application.
Registered in your program area for the 12 consecutive months preceding your application, and
