We can also see Technical Service Bulletins released by the manufacture in regards to reoccurring problems—being year, make, model, and trim specific. Well with our sophisticated Snap-on [the Rolls Royce brand of automotive tools] scanners we can run test to pull off the codes and with Alldata find the required measures to test as to what would solve the problem—no changing parts just because here!

Another factor which separates our auto shop from the rest in Houston, Stafford and Sugar Land; every technician, service consultant, service advisor and service writer is ASE Certified—meaning everyone who answers the phone has an ASE Certification in a particular area. ASE certifications are hours-long, tedious examinations testing the person’s knowledge on a specific area of cars.

Our automotive shop features BG Products and BG Services for the Greater Houston Area. So what’s the difference of being a BG Shop?—We have all the flush machines purchased directly from BG, be buy all products directly from BG Products, Inc, and everyone in our auto facility receives training directly from BG. We have experience with filing for the BG Life Time Protection Plan warranty and calling in vehicle claims for our customers.
